KeepSafe Ledger Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using KeepSafe Ledger, you agree to these Terms.

2. License

KeepSafe Ledger is proprietary software. All rights, title, and interest in the application — including its source code — are owned by The One Barter LLC. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the compiled application for your own personal or internal use.

This license does not grant you any right to access, copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the application or its source code, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. No Financial Advice

KeepSafe Ledger provides software tools and analytics only. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Accuracy of imported and entered data
• Maintaining backups of your local data
• Securing your device and credentials

5. Availability and Changes

Features, pricing, and packaging may change over time. We may release updates, fixes, and new versions.

6. Third-Party Services

Optional third-party integrations (for example AI APIs, payment providers) are subject to those providers' terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

KeepSafe Ledger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we and our contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or financial losses arising from use of the software.
